The aim of the workshops is to guide beginner triathlete’s technique through the fundamentals in the sport and furnish them with the knowledge of the critical factors that affect performance and the methods that are available to improve upon them. The Triathlon Workshops will feature the theory behind the principles to develop an effective swimming, biking and running race day so that athletes are able to understand how to have a stress free, enjoyable day.
